1. Create, evaluate, update, and ensure accuracy and financial forecasts (including cash flow forecasts) by evaluating actual costs and continuously monitoring progress and performance.
2. Provide financial and business analysis as required to flag foreseeable or unforeseen deviations.
3. Work with your assigned area's robotics manager or department head to prepare and monitor the budget and ensure its accuracy by tracking discrepancies between actual spending and budgeted amounts.
4. Implements her established KPIs, standards, tools and procedures related to financial data in accordance with company standards and procedures. He/she manages these defined financial KPIs for robotics and business units and proactively takes appropriate actions where and when needed. Track monthly accruals (costs and revenues), ensure completeness and accuracy, and adjust as needed.
5. Ensure proper cost control and margin improvement to optimize profitability in line with set financial targets. Work with the Manager of Reporting & Compliance to ensure accurate and accurate invoices are generated, submitted and collected in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile:
6. Have a master's or bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, business, analytics...
7. A first working experience as controller.
8. Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
9. Easy daily use of MS Office and analysis tools.
