• Your primary responsibility will be integrating new software and hardware into the test center's existing framework. This involves preventing information gaps and issues by analyzing requirements from product developments
• Be the cross-functional link between various departments in R&D to ensure test center has the correct information in regards of software and hardware integration
• You will contribute by recommending certain policies aimed at preventing software or hardware integration issues, both in current and future development
• Collaborating closely with colleagues, your role will involve advising and developing software, with a particular focus on test bench communication and automation (CANcommunication and Python)
• Utilizing your software expertise, you'll work to create synergies for different products, such as conventional, hybrid, and electrical powertrains
• You will be working in the R&D Test Center department where automatic transmissions, hybrid and full electric prototype powertrains are assembled and validated
• You will report to the R&D Test Center Support team leader
Profile / Requirements :
Background:
• Engineering degree that shows interest for mechatronic systems with focus on software
• High interest in the interaction between testing hardware and software
• Knowledge of software development procedures and software validation
• Knowledge of automotive testing, sensors, data acquisition, test equipment, electro mechanics is an asset
Attitude and competences:
