FraudBuster is a growing tech scale-up helping telecoms and digital platforms fight fraud globally — with a strong focus in Africa. We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Inside Sales Executive to join our lean sales team and help us drive contract renewals, proactively develop customer relationships and ensure timely payments.
You’ll work directly with the Sales Director to secure renewals, strengthen client engagement and keep our commercial process moving forward — no heavy processes, no layers of hierarchy. Just clear goals and the autonomy to achieve them.
Your role : make it happen:
o Take charge of renewals: Monitor upcoming contract expirations, reach out early, and coordinate internally to ensure smooth extensions.
o Proactively follow up on open actions, documents, or status updates — especially in our key markets in Africa.
o Support credit control: Regularly reach out to clients about overdue invoices and work closely with finance to maintain cash flow.
o Keep the sales flow organized: Maintain accurate documentation in our CRM and other tools
o Contribute to internal sales efficiency without being stuck in pure admin — help us stay lean and fast.
o Manage bids, proposals and supplier registration
o Schedule customer meetings and conferences
o Coordinate internally with all stakeholders to keep things flowing

What we’re looking for
o Comfortable making calls: You don't hesitate to call clients when it’s more efficient than emailing — whether for a renewal, a payment follow-up, or a quick clarification.
o Experience in inside sales or renewals — ideally in IT, SaaS, or telecom environments.
o Brings an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude, and willing to walk the extra mile.
o Reliable and results-oriented: You take ownership of your responsibilities and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
o Follow-up mindset: You’re structured and persistent in moving tasks forward and keeping clients engaged.
o You’re excited to grow with a scale-up, work closely with leadership, and help shape how we operate.
o Communicates effectively, has a commercial drive and builds strong internal and external networks.
o Fluent in English and French ; Spanish is a strong plus. You thrive in a global sales environment
