Join a company where quality is not just a checklist, but a shared passion.
In this hybrid role, you’re the driving force connecting our quality system with the reality of the production floor. You ensure that what’s designed on paper truly works in practice — and that what happens in practice is perfectly translated into our quality system.
If you enjoy switching between analysis and action, between Excel and the production line, this role offers you the best of both worlds.
Your Impact
You are the quality ambassador across our organization — ensuring food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement are lived values, not just slogans.
You’ll have a 360° view of all quality processes, from documentation to daily shop-floor follow-up, with visible, measurable impact.
Your Responsibilities
1. Quality System & Continuous Improvement (Office-Based)
* Shape our quality system: Draft and update procedures, work instructions, checklists, and product data sheets.
* Analyze and improve: Process data from quality checks, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
* Follow up on actions: Manage the central improvement list and ensure actions are tracked and closed.
* Audit readiness: Support internal and external audits (IFS, HACCP) and help prepare reports and documentation.
* Customer focus: Handle complaints administratively and coordinate follow-up actions with production and logistics.
2. Operational Quality Leadership (Shop Floor)
* Be the eyes and ears of quality: Conduct GMP and product quality checks, weighing's, samplings, and hygiene audits.
* Ensure flawless execution: Verify that production and cleaning records are correctly filled and standards followed.
* Drive improvement: Support teams in implementing corrective and preventive actions directly on the floor.
* Act as a bridge: Translate audit findings and quality insights into clear, practical actions for operators and supervisors.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in food technology, quality management, or related field.
* Experience in the food sector is a plus – but passion and eagerness to learn matter just as much.
* Knowledge of HACCP and IFS is essential; familiarity with BRC, ISO 22000 or Lean is a bonus.
* You combine analytical precision with a hands-on mentality.
* You’re equally at home in the office and on the shop floor – turning data into actions.
* A true team player and communicator who enjoys building bridges between production, quality, and management.
