Our subsidiary Cream Consulting is recruiting in Brussels, Belgium. Cream Consulting is a Business & Technology consulting firm working with major accounts in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, public services, and transportation.
Your Mission
As a Data Analyst (M/F), you will play a key role in leveraging data to support the business. You will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of data, producing high-value analyses and reports, and assisting business teams in optimizing the use of their data in line with the organization's strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
* Analyze large volumes of data to understand business challenges and stakeholder needs
* Translate business requirements into relevant and actionable data analyses
* Contribute to the selection, implementation, and improvement of analysis and reporting tools
* Produce strategic analyses, dashboards, and reports for business stakeholders
* Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities from data
* Present and communicate analysis results in a clear and understandable way to business stakeholders
* Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
* Help business teams better leverage and optimize their use of data
* Adapt to the specific environment and challenges of our clients
Candidate Profile
* At least 1 year of experience in data analysis
* Passionate about data and transforming it into actionable insights for the business
* Experienced with data tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, or equivalents
* Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, enabling you to make results understandable for non-technical audiences
* Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
* Able to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
* Fluent in French and English; a good knowledge of Dutch is a plus
