Technicolor is hiring a Customer Delivery Manager to enforce its world class Connected Home Broadband Access team.
The Customer Delivery Manager is leading the product development and market introduction from specification to mass production and is the first customer contact into the Technicolor organization.
* Accountable for delivery of the product in line with agreements and expectations. On time delivery and execution within budget, product quality, KPI management, contract change management, and program change management
* Accountable for customer satisfaction, building sustainable customer relationships for future business opportunities, while maintaining Technicolor's best interests
* Accountable for managing profitability versus the agreed business cases
* Federates and empowers people into a strong and competitive team focused on the objectives
Working directly with the R&D leaders. HW Delivery Leader, Software Product Owner, etc.
Working directly with Product Management, bid management, pre-sales, Sales, Customer Technical Support and Operations
* Responsible for program reporting towards all stakeholders, including appropriate escalation both in and outside the organization
* Leads the project through decisions, risks and opportunities with overall business interests in mind
* Applies all Technicolor standard processes (forecasting, operations interfaces, …), development lifecycle management (Phase & Management reviews), master plan tracking, ...
* Is passionate about leading teams and product introductions in a challenging and satisfying context
Profile
* Master degree in Engineering / Software
* Srong experience (at least 10 years) in project management and customer facing, as Customer Delivery / Program Manager
* Good communication, Customer facing,
* Comfortable with business concepts
* Capability to lead a team, organize it, follow up its actions and activities (Core Delivery Team, TPC)
* Capability to coordinate and manage difficult and complex situations with the customer, the partners and Technicolor interlocutors, remotely from her/his site.
* Gateways and manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
* Fluent English is required
