At IDT, you'll be part of a culture rooted in continuous learning and improvement—where your growth fuels our mission to accelerate the pace of genomics and helps shape a healthier, brighter future for all.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Channel Partner Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global channel strategy that drives partner performance, ensures compliance, and supports long-term business growth.This position reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Effectiveness & Enablement and is part of the Commercial Excellence organization located remotely in Belgium and will be fully remote to cover EMEA, APAC, and US.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToDevelop global channel partner strategy and the playbook for compliance and commercial alignmentOversee the selection of channel partners in the regions and ensure agreements align with the channel strategyAssess and measure the outcome of the Channel Partner Program by region.Develops and coordinates the pricing discount matrix and transparency (including audits) of Channel PartnersAct as the primary liaison between channel partners and internal teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance, and FinanceFacilitate cross-functional alignment on partner strategy, performance, and issue resolutionRepresenting the company at industry events and partner forums to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligenceThe Essential Requirements Of The Job IncludeBachelor's degree in sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred5+ years of experience in channel sales, or distributor managementStrong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance policies, and audit processesExperience in pricing and discount development of Channel PartnersCross cultural and cross functional experienceProficiency in CRM and partner management platformsExperience utilizing continuous improvement toolsTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment RequirementsAbility to travel – occasional up to 20% of the timeMust have a valid driver's licenseAt IDT we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
