Floor Manager – Lacoste Boutique Louizalaan Brussels
Are you ready to bring your leadership to a well-established boutique in one of Brussels' most prestigious shopping streets? Our Lacoste boutique on the Louizalaan is looking for an experienced Floor Manager who combines service excellence, team development, and strong commercial focus. You will be the operational anchor on the shop floor and grow towards the position of Assistant Store Manager.
About the role
You ensure a refined and consistent Lacoste customer experience every day. You lead the floor during peak moments, maintain high visual standards, and translate commercial objectives into concrete actions. Together with the Store Manager, you elevate an already strong-performing boutique to the next level.
How you drive impact
* Lead the shop floor during your shifts and steer the team on KPIs, service quality, and sales behaviour
* Strengthen existing customer relationships and encourage clienteling within the team
* Safeguard replenishment, stock accuracy, and VM standards to ensure the boutique always looks impeccable
* Identify improvement opportunities within an established operation and proactively drive optimizations
* Support onboarding, coaching, and the daily motivation and development of the team
What you bring
* Proven leadership experience in premium or luxury retail
* A confident, professional presence and strong communication skills
* A sharp eye for detail, service quality, and brand consistency
* A commercial mindset focused on results, conversion, and customer loyalty
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
* Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus
