Purpose of the role

The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless order management. This role also fosters and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers. This involves nurturing opportunities for growth within the market, understanding customer requirements, providing post-sales support, negotiating sales and identifying new leads.

This desk based role is an integral part of the sales team, supporting Account Managers, actively utilizing the digital tools (focusing daily on the CRM and digital platform) and working to achieve daily activity targets and meet weekly or monthly sales quotas while delivering exceptional customer service.


Your Responsibilities

Order Management: Oversee the complete sales process, from order handling to proactive customer communication on lead times, pricing, and fulfillment.

Commercial fulfilment: Provide high-quality service by addressing inquiries, resolving or escalating complaints, and providing ongoing support to ensure high level customer service.

Commercial growth: Collaborate closely with the sales team and acting as the first point of contact for customers.

Commercial transformation: Set clear objectives for each proactive customer interaction and ask relevant questions to evaluate the customer's level of interest and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation.

Commercial tools and systems: Use commercial tools and systems daily, ensuring data accuracy and troubleshooting issues to optimize customer retention and business development.

Product Expertise: Stay informed about product features and benefits to provide basic demonstrations and assist customers with inquiries.


Your Profile

* Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
* Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus!)
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong communicator with analytical skills
* Solution-oriented, proactive, and organized
* Team player
