As part of its international growth, EVERTRUST is developing its team in Europe.
Your mission
As the first Sales hire based in Belgium, you will play a key role in developing the Benelux / DACH market.
You will benefit from a high level of autonomy and be involved in the entire sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth in the Benelux and DACH market by identifying and acquiring new clients (large accounts and public sector organizations).
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
* Lead complex sales cycles (8 to 15 months).
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring rigorous opportunity tracking.
* Develop long-term, trusted relationships with clients and partners.
* Actively contribute to defining the local sales strategy and help grow EVERTRUST's footprint in Benelux and DACH.
Profile
* Higher education degree (ideally Master's level) in business, sales, or computer science.
* Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in B2B sales of IT solutions, cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology services.
* Proven experience in prospecting and closing high-stakes deals.
* Ability to work autonomously in a structured and proactive manner.

* Excellent organization, attention to details and CRM proficiency.
