We're looking for someone dynamic and proactive to join the team working on
Odoo Experience
, our biggest event of the year, taking place every September in Belgium.
Your role will be to
sell booths, Startup Village spots, and upsell tickets
. You'll also
follow up
with partners and leads and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience leading up to the event.
You'll do a lot of
prospection
, so we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to reach out, even without a ready-made list.
Responsibilities:
* Sell
exhibitor stands, Startup Village booths, and ticket upgrades
* Prospect
and reach out to potential partners and attendees
* Manage
relationships with existing leads and clients
Must have:
* Fluent in English
* Comfortable with prospecting
* Autonomous, proactive, and organized
* Available to start beginning of November
* Great communication and people skills
* Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have:
* Experience in sales, event planning, or partnerships
* Interest in tech, startups, or the event industry
* Knowledge of Odoo or our ecosystem
