You will provide people leadership and talent development, leading a team of approximately 150 persons.Our business environment is fast-paced and constantly evolving. You are expected to embody a growth mindset, focusing on capturing and extending our market leadership position.Your primary focus will be on driving significant growth within the mid-market (direct) segment and supporting growth in the Accenture channel (indirect) that will be managed through the Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG). Senior Avanade team members aligned to the Accenture channel will concentrate exclusively on indirect business opportunities through this partnership.In this role, you will be the primary P&L owner and responsible for the growth strategy - overseeing all aspects of the business. In order to succeed in this position, you need to be a highly driven, passionate learner and engaging leader.You will lead a close-knit group of 150 onshore, nearshore and offshore Avanade delivery resources. Your purpose is to foster a culture that will make a genuine human impact for our clients, their customers and our employees.As the Country Manager, you will work closely with Accenture and Microsoft to maintain and passionately grow our market share in the Microsoft Eco-system.Key Role Responsibilities:Responsibilities:* Collaborate with Global Leadership team to implement strategies that drive opportunity origination and sales across our portfolio of offerings.* Build and maintain successful industry partnerships in a methodical and collaborative model.* Achieve measurable results with double-digit revenue growth.* Support the team in the shaping and capturing of large-scale opportunities.* Partner with the Offering, Regional, Advisory leaders and Client Account Partners to deliver successful projects.* Identify, secure funding for, and execute investments needed to enhance the pipeline, client portfolio and capabilities to positively impact sales and revenue growth.* Grow new and existing opportunities within the construct of our business development model.* Mentor and influence employees to embody Avanade's values, vision and mission.* Contribute to the overall global success of Avanade.Key Opportunities and Challenges* Establishing a strong business development strategy for Belgium, in collaboration with the Sales leadership and the Client Groups.* Accelerate the growth of Avanade direct business on the French market, while continuing partnering with Accenture as indirect channel.* Elevate the professionalism and excellence of the teams in delivering bigger projects to our clients.* Pulling together a local (Belgium) Leadership team into a cohesive "One Belgium" senior leadership team, while contributing actively to nurture the Gallia identity and a whole and its business success.* In addition, there is a certain level of complexity within the organization itself due to the strategic collaboration with Microsoft and Accenture.
