We are regularly looking for freelance Employment professionals to support our clients with temporary assignments across Belgium.
About the role
Depending on the assignment, you will provide expertise in matters such as:
* Individual and collective employment law
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating employment contracts and policies
* Advice on dismissals, restructurings and reorganisations
* Social dialogue and negotiations with works councils or trade unions
* Employment-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions or transfers of undertakings
* Day-to-day HR legal support for in-house teams
Assignments can vary in duration (from a few weeks to several months) and may be on-site, hybrid or fully remote, depending on the client.
Your profile
* You have a solid background in Employment / Labour Law
* You are qualified as a lawyer or legal professional, or have equivalent in-house experience
* You have experience in an in-house, law firm or consulting environment
* You are comfortable working autonomously and adapting quickly to new organisations
* You are available for freelance or interim assignments
