As a Technical Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
* Manage and develop solution sales activities across Belgium, mainly in Wallonia & Brussels.
* Visit existing customers facing technical issues or requesting improvements to their installed systems.
* Diagnose product or system challenges on site and identify the most appropriate solution.
* Work closely with internal engineering and technical teams to validate proposed solutions.
* Prepare and present commercial proposals aligned with technical feasibility and customer needs.
* Strengthen customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
* Identify upgrade, replacement, and small installation opportunities to support revenue growth.
* Report activities and maintain accurate forecasting using the internal CRM.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
* Proven sales experience with technical products and installations.
* Fluent in French with solid working proficiency in Dutch.
* Strong ability to understand customer challenges and translate technical issues into tailored solutions.
* Experience working in an industrial or technical environment.
