*What you'll do*
* Shape the strategy: Define and execute a global partner strategy aligned with Barco's vision for digital pathology.
* Grow partnerships: Identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships to maximize market reach.
* Be the trusted advisor: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering collaboration and trust.
* Drive business: Enable joint go-to-market initiatives, negotiate agreements, and deliver revenue growth.
* Empower partners: Provide training, marketing support, and technical expertise to ensure successful integration of Barco solutions.
*What we're looking for*
* 5+ years in partner management, business development, or strategic account management (B2B).
* Experience in Digital Pathology.
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
* Fluent in English and willing to travel up to 50%.
