Ready to shape the future of healthcare technology?

As Global Partner Manager for Digital Pathology at Barco, you will play a key role in transforming how medical professionals work with cutting-edge imaging solutions. You'll build and grow strategic partnerships with leading players in the digital pathology ecosystem—partners who integrate Barco's world-class display and QA solutions into their offerings for hospitals and labs worldwide.

Your mission? Drive joint business growth, ensure partner success, and strengthen Barco's leadership in this fast-evolving market.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where innovation meets impact. You'll report directly to the Digital Pathology Segment Director and collaborate with passionate teams across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and R\&D.


What you'll do


1. Shape the strategy: Define and execute a global partner strategy aligned with Barco's vision for digital pathology.
2. Grow partnerships: Identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships to maximize market reach.
3. Be the trusted advisor: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering collaboration and trust.
4. Drive business: Enable joint go-to-market initiatives, negotiate agreements, and deliver revenue growth.
5. Empower partners: Provide training, marketing support, and technical expertise to ensure successful integration of Barco solutions.


What we're looking for


6. 5+ years in partner management, business development, or strategic account management (B2B).
7. Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or digital pathology is a strong plus.
8. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
9. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
10. Fluent in English and willing to travel up to 50%.
11. A dynamic, entrepreneurial, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a global, matrixed organization.
