Mission
* You lead the delivery of the PUF (Pads, Utilities, Foundations) scope, including building pads, site-wide utilities (power, water, drainage, etc.), and structural foundations.
* You coordinate design reviews to ensure construction documents accurately reflect site conditions and constructability.
* You manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations.
* You collaborate closely with other package leads (CSA, MEP, BIM, etc.) to ensure a smooth transition from early works to main construction.
* You monitor progress, track milestones, and report regularly to the Construction Manager and Project Controls.
* You ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, client specifications, and health & safety standards.
* You participate in risk assessments, technical reviews, and inspections to maintain quality and mitigate potential issues.
* You coordinate with design consultants and client teams to resolve on-site technical or logistical challenges.
Profile
* You hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* You have at least 8 years of experience in delivering civil and infrastructure works on large-scale construction projects.
* You possess strong technical expertise in groundworks, utilities, earthworks, drainage, and structural foundations.
* You demonstrate proven leadership in early works or enabling works scopes, ideally within data centre, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments.
* You are fluent in English, and knowledge of Dutch, German, or French is considered an asset.
