Our client is looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to support projects within the
Finance, HR, and Facilities (FHF)
domain. The role focuses on analyzing, optimizing, and documenting
financial, logistical, and facility-related business processes
within a complex public-sector environment.
You will conduct multiple studies and analyses related to business operations and ICT, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business process expertise, and experience working on government IT projects.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and optimize financial and logistical business processes within the organization.
* Conduct in-depth business analyses related to Finance, HR, and Facilities platforms.
* Gather, analyze, and synthesize business needs from multiple stakeholders.
* Define and document functional requirements for IT projects.
* Support projects involving platforms such as:
* Commerce engines
* Corporate car and bike sharing systems
* Printing software
* Energy management systems
* Transport planning solutions
* Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to align scope, timing, costs, and planning.
* Ensure clear documentation and traceability of analyses and decisions.
Required Skills & Experience (Must-have)
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
* Strong experience in general business operations applied to ICT.
* Proven experience in business process development and optimization (BPM).
* Solid knowledge of Business Process Management (BPMN).
* Strong experience in stakeholder management.
* Experience defining and documenting functional requirements.
* Knowledge of project management disciplines (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimations).
* Fluent Dutch (CEFR C2) - mandatory.
Additional Experience (Nice-to-have)
* Experience within the public sector or government projects.
* Experience analyzing and documenting financial business processes.
* Experience with logistical business processes.
* Familiarity with SAP.
* Experience with Archi (architecture modeling).
* Experience with Confluence and Jira.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Knowledge of IT and business architecture concepts.
