Make your mark for patients I2i PI Data Governance Lead – Intercontinental We are looking for an I2i PI Data Governance Lead who is collaborative, analytical, and innovative to join us in our I2i PI Regional Hub IC team, based in our Brussels HQ office in Belgium. About the role You will lead data governance for the Intercontinental region, ensuring data quality, integration, and compliance. Your work will empower local teams with reliable data and support strategic decision-making for upcoming product launches. Who you'll work with You will collaborate with regional and local commercial, medical, and analytics teams, as well as European data governance colleagues, to harmonize data standards and drive best practices across regions. What you'll do Define and lead data governance and integration strategy for the region. Oversee adoption of data processes by business and analytics teams. Enhance data quality, reporting, and documentation standards. Enforce governance frameworks and compliance for all data assets. Drive business engagement and data literacy programs. Partner with Digital Technology to drive automation and innovation. Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in data management, governance, and quality assurance. Experience with BI applications (e.G., Power BI) and data integration. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Advanced English language skills. Pharma or healthcare experience is a plus.
