Reporting to the Service Manager, the Technical Support Specialist will provide second-level technical assistance to our B2B clientele, focusing on complex photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and effective remote support, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver remote technical support (second-level) for intricate PV and storage systems via telephone, email, online service center, and other digital tools.
* Conduct diagnosis and remote remediation of system failures and anomalies, prioritizing rapid resolution to minimize operational impact for clients.
* Utilize and optimize business applications for troubleshooting and case management, ensuring a superior customer experience.
* Initiate and maintain detailed Service Cases within the Salesforce system, guaranteeing comprehensive documentation for the Application Engineering team to support ongoing innovation and product enhancement.
* Provide board swap support for certified Solar Partners and advanced installers.
Qualifications:
* Degree in a relevant field such as Energy, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, or IT Networks.
* Demonstrated high proficiency in problem-solving coupled with a strong customer-centric approach.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Dutch or French, and English is required.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the photovoltaic and/or energy storage sectors.
* Possession of a positive disposition, adaptability, and resilience to stress.
* A robust capacity to comprehend complex technical aspects pertaining to energy and photovoltaic management.
* Strong analytical capabilities.
* Highly organized, efficient, autonomous, precise, and reliable.
