This role is designed as a succession position with a clear growth trajectory into the ERP Manager role upon the planned retirement of the current manager. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on ERP system knowledge with strong communication and leadership potential.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary functional and technical expert for Infor XA across all global sites.Work closely with production, supply chain, finance, and engineering teams to ensure ERP alignment with business processes.Lead and participate in ERP projects including upgrades, customizations, and new module implementations.Provide training and support to internal users and act as a liaison between IT and business departments.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within ERP processes.Prepare to transition into ERP Manager role, including learning team management, budgeting, and strategic planning functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across international sites to support digital transformation initiatives.Required Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor XA ERP system.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP integrations.Experience in the aerospace or a similar highly regulated industry is a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage complex ERP projects from planning through to execution.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Willingness to travel occasionally to global production sites.What We OfferCompetitive salary of €90,000+ depending on experienceCompany car and fuel allowancePerformance-based bonusHybrid working model (on-site presence in Brussels required part of the week)Career development path into ERP Manager positionInternational exposure and the opportunity to lead strategic initiativesIf interested in this role, get in touch: daniel.zelnis@vividresourcing.com
