Job Description
Main goal of the CI Lead role is to incrementally build capability within teams to improve efficiency using lean methodology on site. Initiating and governing local projects focused on delivering plant improvement through effective change management.

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience
* Lean Thinking

* IOSH Qualification or equivalent

* Project Management qualification
* (Six sigma; Greenbelt)
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience:
* Working within a manufacturing (or similar) environment
* Leading teams to deliver change.
* Coaching and mentoring employees
