About The Business

As a Digital Consultant, you will be instrumental in integrating Gen-AI technologies into real business scenarios within enterprises, not only elevating efficiency and effectiveness, and also creating new possibilities and business models. This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with leading AI experts and engineers, solving complex challenges and advancing the digital frontier.
Work you'll do
Analyze client business requirements, evaluate use cases, and implement AI-driven strategies and solutions with a focus on user experience.
Stay abreast of industry trends, with a particular focus on emerging developments in Generative AI and potential impact on business
Address business challenges with Gen-AI and other technologies, considering both technical and business perspectives.
Design and implement Gen-AI strategies tailored to client needs, incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends.
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from C-suite business leaders to AI engineering and data science teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Prioritize end-user experience in development processes to meet requirements and encourage solution adoption.
Serve as the business point of contact, providing guidance on AI trends, methodologies, tools, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Present ideas coherently to all levels, including senior management, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
Conduct discovery workshops, user interviews, and manage stakeholder meetings.

We are looking for someone with
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
At least 2+ years or more of post-degree Advisory consulting or relevant experience
A passion for technology and the potential impact AI can have on the world. Agile, Scrum Master, or Project Management certifications is a plus
Excellent PowerPoint communication skills to explain complex ideas
Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Strong business acumen, excellent working attitude, self-motivated, a team player and a passion for technology
Good client management experience, and able to deal with both business users and technical personnel
Ability to analyze a client's data and need(s) around creating value for customers and their ecosystem, and recognize key points for growth or improvement.
Record of outstanding achievement in academic or professional settings.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Keen interest in technological developments and trends.
