The Senior Manager Internal Logistics supervises all internal logistics operations within the company, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, stock management, and the coordination of internal transport.
He/she ensures the proper management of the material, human, and technological resources needed to optimize internal logistics processes, while meeting deadlines and reducing costs.

Your Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and optimize the internal logistics system to meet or exceed customer expectations while improving operational efficiency.
2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the internal logistics system, ensuring it remains competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
3. Streamline the flow of materials, information, and services across various stages, eliminating bottlenecks, redundancies, and conflicts.
4. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, SOPs, and communication channels for each step of the logistics process.
5. Implement tools and techniques to optimize resource allocation, minimize costs, risks, and waste, and maximize quality and productivity.
6. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging learning and feedback within the team, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices.

You Bring
* A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
* Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
* Relevant experience (5-7 years) in a similar role within the food, beverage, chemical, or consumer goods industry.
* Proficiency in French and English.
* Good communication skills (verbal and written) across all levels of the organization and stakeholders.
