About the job
You will ensure the promotion and sales of our client's products to pharmacists in the region of Mons & Charleroi.
You will maintain the relationship with customers in the assigned area in such a manner that objectives are achieved in terms of market position and distribution, volume, and brands.
Your main responsibilities:
1. Perform sector and customer needs analyses to determine the most efficient combination of sales interaction methods.
2. Target your customers, plan and organise your activity according to the annual strategy.
3. Responsible for translating the different product characteristics and transmitting different services offered to create added value for the patient and the pharmacist.
4. Responsible for the direct sales of products & negotiation of sales conditions. Promote the products (merchandising, stock and space management, training of dispensary staff), develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with pharmacists/ pharmacists’ staff.
5. Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication, digital and sales skills through both self-learning and training
About the ideal candidate
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Persistent and results-oriented
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (or equivalent through experience)
9. – years experience ️ in direct sales ; pharma sector experience is an asset
10. Fluent in French; good knowledge of English ; Dutch is an asset
11. Proficient in Office and CRM applications
12. Experience with communication/collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
13. Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies
