Your mission :
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our digital marketing strategy for a maternity leave contract.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Performance Marketing:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok and any other relevant digital channels together with the digital agency.
Drive targeted traffic and optimize campaigns to achieve sales-oriented outcomes.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of performance marketing efforts.
Digital Content:
Create compelling and persuasive digital content for our website, newsletters, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
Optimize content for search engine visibility and implement SEO best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, customer preferences, and marketing objectives.
Manage the editorial planning for all digital marketing related topics.
Responsible for day-to-day community management
Reporting & monitoring:
Compilation of reports (website e-commerce, media campaign & social media)
Benchmarking - Sorting & Analysing Telecom industry digital marketing trends (innovation, website approach…).
Your profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
A first experience in a similar role
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail
Demonstrated experience in delivering effective digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing, focused on sales outcomes
Advanced Excel skills (such as pivot tables, graphs, charts) with proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools
Proven ability to leverage AI tools and prompting techniques (e.g. ChatGPT, MidJourney, Copilot) to optimize campaign strategy, content creation, reporting automation and market analysis
Experience in integrating AI-powered insights into digital marketing workflows to improve efficiency and creativity
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, business, analytics, or technology
Initial professional experience in B2C Marketing
Fluency in French & English, German and Luxemburgish is considered as a strong asset.
