Key Responsibilities:
* Create new and renewal insurance policies within our technical policy system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Review and initiate policy endorsements and certificates, analyzing technical data and calculating limits, premiums, and deductions with precision.
* Maintain accurate and careful maintenance of policy documentation and correspondence on our e-filing platform, responding promptly to broker and client requests.
* Take calls, attend meetings, and engage in professional email correspondence with brokers and clients as needed.
Requirements:
* Professional experience as a policy technician or administrator, with excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of policy coverage and limits.
* The ability to communicate complex policy details effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document completion and layout, and Excel for creating spreadsheets and performing data analysis.
