You will join NATO Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), which is responsible for planning and executing all lifecycle management activities for cyber security. In executing this responsibility, NCSC provides specialist cyber security-related services covering the spectrum of scientific, technical, acquisition, operations, maintenance, and sustainment support, throughout the lifecycle of NATO Communications and Information Systems (CIS). /p pWe are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Principal Technician (Cyber Security Operations) who will take on the following roles and responsibilities: /p ul liInformation Assurance incident management /li li24/7 helpdesk service management /li liManagement of Secure Management Centre’s including: key management, access control management, security monitoring, IP crypto configuration management, error location and recovery, data base back up, alarm handling /li liManagement of NATO Wide PKI user profiles, CA certificates, End-User certificates, other root CA domain certificates, CRLs and ARLs /li liCyber Security 24/7 watch-keeping duties /li /ul pFor a full list of duties, please review the job description on the NCI Agency career site. /p h3About you /h3 pThe valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are: /p ul liHigher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience Recent experience in security engineering of large-scale, real-time and safety-critical, distributed software-intensive CIS; /li liA good knowledge of Computer Security principles and procedures. Proficiency with Cryptography Technology.
