Motion design is part of the role.Note: Adobe (Premiere/After Effects) users are welcome to apply; however, DaVinci Resolve candidates will be prioritized.Key ResponsibilitiesLong-form documentary editing: structure, pacing, clarity, toneSocial cutdowns: strong hooks, pacing, platform-ready edits (16:9 / 9:16 / 1:1)Audio cleanup + mix (DaVinci Fairlight)Color correction + grading (Resolve Color)Motion graphics / motion design: titles, lower thirds, info cards, graphic packages (Fusion and/or After Effects)Workflow disciplineMedia management, proxies, backups, versioning, delivery packagesDelivery: YouTube masters + social versions + archive masters (SRT/subtitles when needed)RequirementsAble to finish projects independently end-to-end Strong command of DaVinci Resolve across Edit + Color + FairlightLong-form storytelling + short-form social editing capabilityCreative, proactive, solution-oriented, strong ownership mindsetStrong visual taste in motion design and typography timingStructured Workflow: folder standards, version control, reliable backupsLegal right to work in Belgium + valid passport (travel-ready when required)EducationDegree from a media/film/TV school or a related program (or equivalent proven professional experience)LanguageProfessional English required.
