Quercus Labo is looking for a QA Officer to support and sustain our growth.

Quercus laboratory is GMP-certified and offers analytical services for testing of pharmaceutical raw materials, excipients and release testing of finished products. We also support our customers with QC related projects like stability studies, method development or validation, elemental impurity analysis, etc. Next to the chemical analytical team, we have an in-house GMP-certified microbiological laboratory. The Quercus team consists of about 25 QC analysist and is growing. Our Lab is part of the QbD-group and has a healthy ambition to grow. In order to support and sustain our growth, we are looking for a QA Officer.
What are your responsibilities?
4. You are responsible for the operation of the Quality Management System of the GMP Laboratory
5. You are responsible for the customer audits of the lab and you implement the CAPA plan accordingly.
6. You make sure that all lab analysts are trained according to the procedures and you maintain the training system.
7. You will work with the QC Coordinators to improve the quality in the lab and you work proactively on continuous improvement projects.
8. You support the timely implementation of Change Controls, OOS, Deviations, CAPA, etc
9. You will be involved in internal, operational improvement projects like 5S, KPI follow-up,…
10. You work closely with our customers when needed.
11. You have a sound understanding of GMP requirements
Who are we looking for?
12. You have a scientific master’s degree ( industrial pharmacist, biomedical sciences, bio-engineer, …) or equivalent through experience.
13. Eager to learn and taking your first steps in the Industry? You are more than welcome!
14. You have preferably experience in GMP/GLP and you are familiar with international regulations and guidelines.
15. Understanding of Laboratory QC (quality control) processes.
16. Knowledge of quality and risk management principles and tools.
17. You have excellent Dutch and English verbal & written communication skills.
