Your new role As a Production Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of a GMP manufacturing environment. You lead operational teams and ensure that all processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities include: Leadership and coaching: Motivate and guide production teams in a cleanroom environment. Compliance and audits: Ensure adherence to cGMP standards and act as a key contact during inspections. Documentation management: Oversee procedures, batch records, and ensure timely release. Process improvement: Initiate projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Training: Ensure your team is well-trained and foster a culture of ownership and learning. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
