Role Description You strengthen the teaching team within both the
Dutch and English-language Digital Experience Design (XD & iXD)
programs. You focus on communication in all its forms, from lessons
to coaching students in their projects. Your assignment consists
of: - Teaching the subject Communication 1 (Dutch) within the
Dutch-language program. - Teaching the subject Communication 2
(English) within the Dutch-language program. - Teaching
Communication & Entrepreneurship 1 (English) within the
English-language program. - Coaching students in their professional
communication, collaboration and presentation within Digital
Product 2, 3 and 4, the semester projects of the English-language
program. - Supervising students during their Final Product
(thesis), with focus on clear and impactful communication toward
external stakeholders. You encourage students to present themselves
professionally, both orally and in writing, and you actively
contribute to building a positive and constructive feedback
culture. Profiel en ervaring - Je hebt een master- of
bachelordiploma in Communicatie(wetenschappen),
Bedrijfscommunicatie, Taal- en Letterkunde, of een aanverwant
domein, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. - Je bent sterk in
zowel schriftelijke als mondelinge communicatie, in het Nederlands
én het Engels. - Je beschikt over een vlotte, toegankelijke
lesstijl en weet studenten op een coachende manier te begeleiden. -
Je hebt voeling met hedendaagse digitale tools en
communicatietrends. - Je weet hoe je studenten leert feedback geven
en ontvangen, presenteren, overtuigen en samenwerken. - Je bent een
teamspeler met zin voor initiatief, empathie en
verantwoordelijkheid.
