* Build and execute the Smart Factory roadmap aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.

* Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including system architecture, integration, testing, and commissioning.

* Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Industrial Technology, or related field.
* Additional certifications in Industry 4.0, IoT, MES, or Digital Transformation are an advantage.
* Minimum 12-15 years of experience in manufacturing environments, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
* Proven track record delivering smart factory, digital transformation, or Industry 4.0 programs in large-scale industrial organizations.
* Hands-on experience with IoT platforms, MES, SCADA, PLC/automation systems, industrial networks, and AI/analytics tools.
* Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation, sensors, robotics, and connectivity protocols.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to translate concepts into actionable plans.
