Key Responsibilities Deal Sourcing & Origination: Proactively identify and approach potential investment opportunities through market mapping, sector research, and advisor networking. Investment Analysis & Execution: Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation (DCF, trading & transaction multiples), and due diligence coordination. Transaction Management: Participate in negotiations, investment memoranda drafting, and transaction structuring through to closing. Portfolio Value Creation: Support portfolio company management on strategic and operational projects, including add‑on acquisitions and performance improvement. Sector Expertise: Build and maintain a deep understanding of selected verticals (e.G. Business Services, Industrials, or Real Assets).
