Managing the president's agenda: meetings, appointments, travel planning, and expense reports

Coordinating travel and accommodation, including handling relationships with agencies, hotels, and airlines

Organizing high-level meetings and company events

Serving as a liaison with external partners and stakeholders
*
Supporting expatriates with relocation, immigration, and local integration
*
Assisting with general office management tasks when needed (visitor reception, supply orders, mail/couriers)
*
Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written) with strong awareness of Japanese business culture
*
Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus
*
Experience as a secretary or in a senior administrative role, ideally within an international company
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a discreet and dependable manner
*
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*
