We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in the Ghent area and play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and business performance insights.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll help our business make strategic, data-driven decisions by delivering high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to support business initiatives and strengthen financial processes across the organisation.
🔎 What You’ll Do:
• Lead financial planning & analysis activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions
• Analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual results; prepare insights and performance summaries for leadership
• Conduct scenario analysis, KPI tracking, and trend identification
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and strategic business reviews
• Communicate findings and financial recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and senior management

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with reporting tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; Dutch/French is advantageous depending on the team
