Responsibilities

* Serve as the main customer contact, building and maintaining strong relationships.
* Develop and sustain key customer connections to establish long‑term, profitable relationships.
* Responsible for selling spare parts, wear parts, upgrades & retrofits, and services to customers, aligned with the targets set for this offering.
* Develop market strategies: create market entry strategies for parts in collaboration with the service line management, tailored to regional market needs.
* Supervise technical and complex proposals: oversee proposals for customers requesting technical and complex quotes.
* Pricing strategies: implement market‑adapted pricing strategies to achieve goals and objectives.
* Deliver excellent customer service.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share; create value propositions and ROI to differentiate FLS.
* Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential and draft proposals.
* Visit installation sites to consult with customers on equipment operations, replacements, and pending work scopes.
* Manage regular entries and updates in the CRM application to include contacts, appointments, and opportunities.
* Overall responsibility for managing the target for your customer portfolio, including budgetary targets.
* Demonstrate leadership and planning values (morality, ethics, logical actions, and working in FLS’ best interests).
* Market monitoring: stay informed about market trends to assess long‑term needs.
* Internal collaboration: work closely with sales colleagues and specialists from other departments on technical, product, service, and pricing matters during proposal and order execution.
* CRM and opportunity management: maintain updated CRM and track opportunities in collaboration with sales managers and other stakeholders.
* These responsibilities reflect a holistic approach to ensuring sales success and customer satisfaction while maintaining appropriate technical and commercial standards.


What You Bring

* University degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or Technologist.
* Over 5 years of experience in the mining market.
* Experience in sales and customer management.
* Knowledge of unit operations.
* Technical expertise.
* Advanced English and Spanish.
* Willingness to travel.
