Engineering Project Manager
We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager to join the Engineering Department team at P&G in Seropédica - RJ.
Responsibilities
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
* Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
* Manage project budgets and track expenses
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders
* Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met
* Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to team members
* Document processes, decisions, and project outcomes
Job Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Proficiency in AutoCAD
* Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
* Live in or have mobility for a full-time face-to-face work Seropédica - RJ
