The role involves translating digital skill needs into engaging and impactful learning journeys to support a large-scale digital transformation while ensuring alignment with the internal learning hub.
* Design, develop, and implement blended learning tracks aligned with digital upskilling priorities.
* Translate learning needs analyses and skill gaps into clear objectives and structured learning paths.
* Determine appropriate learning formats by balancing content creation with the reuse of existing materials.
* Ensure didactic quality, coherence, and learner engagement across all learning solutions.
* Monitor learning progress and completion rates while contributing to the evaluation of training effectiveness.
* Align local initiatives with group offerings to avoid duplication and fragmentation across the organization.
* Act as a bridge between strategic priorities and operational execution for learning projects.
* You have 5+ years of experience in designing effective learning journeys using a blended approach including classroom, digital, and mobile learning.
* You possess strong instructional design and didactic skills for both physical and virtual environments.
* You bring experience in LMS administration and logic, specifically using SAP SuccessFactors.
* You have expertise in project management, communication, and change management methodologies.
* You possess experience working in large, complex organizations managing multiple stakeholders.
* You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
