We are currently seeking a talented Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team, based in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of equipment and facilities through effective maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
🔥 Your Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment and systems.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
* Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and compliance reports.
* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Support the commissioning, installation, and validation of new equipment and systems.
* Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance teams and junior engineers.
* Engage with clients to understand their operational needs and deliver tailored maintenance solutions.
🎯 Your Profile:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies, reliability engineering, and root cause analysis.
* Proficient in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and relevant engineering tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
* Experience in preparing technical documentation and supporting compliance audits.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
