Position: Global Application Portfolio Manager
The client is an international company active in the industry sector in Liège.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and manage the Global Application Portfolio, including lifecycle management.
2. Develop plans with business partners for application changes and align with the business to create added value.
3. Lead the business application experience based on business process automation.
4. Serve as the expert for global application software lifecycle management.
5. Agree with business partners on delivery strategies to ensure adoption.
6. Define governance regarding support, change, and security.
7. Negotiate and manage support agreements (KPIs).
Qualifications:
* Proven experience (10+ years) in IT team management with a strong focus on applications and ERP.
* Ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Excellent knowledge of SAP or a global ERP system.
* Ability to drive change on a global level with a focus on digital transformation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch knowledge is an asset.
Compensation:
Salary: up to €100,000 per year.
