Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Product Communication Intern to support the day-to-day execution of our global marketing activities. This is not a “watch and learn” internship, you will be actively involved in coordinating product information, supporting content creation, and ensuring everything is ready for market launches. You will work closely with Marketing, Product and Sales teams and play a key role in keeping projects moving forward. Key Responsibilities 1. Product & Launch Coordination Support the collection and organisation of product information for marketing use Assist in preparing product information for presentations and marketing materials Follow up on timelines for launches and ensure deadlines are met Assist in preparing product sheets, catalogues and sell-in tools 2. Content & Asset Support Coordinate content needs (photo, video, copy) across teams Help organise shoots (samples, planning, follow-up) Upload and manage assets in the DAM (Frontify) Ensure content is consistent and correctly used across channels 3. Marketing Execution Support social media planning and content preparation Assist in campaign roll-outs and content calendars Help prepare newsletters, presentations and internal documents Support influencer/creator collaborations (briefing, follow-up) 4. Research & Insights Conduct basic competitor and market research Help gather basic information for reports when needed (no analysis required) Identify inspiration and trends relevant to the brand 5.
