Job Description
As a Director, Marketing Communications and Design, your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing global brand and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, story telling and market presence.
Drive creative design and visual vision for the brand.
Lead brand integration across various channels including retail, digital, and trade and uniting product excellence with emotional storytelling.
Leading and coaching few teams including marketing communications, creative design and digital UX/UI.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including trade marketing, integrated marketing, global sales leaders and partners.
Lead global product launches, driving alignment across cross-functional teams in communications, creative execution, and market rollout.
Manage the creation, execution, and ongoing refinement of the global brand playbook, guidelines, and marketing toolkits-delivering a framework that safeguards brand integrity while allowing regional flexibility for partners and distributors
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Director, Marketing Communications Design Should Have
A proven background in marketing communications within the luxury or premium industry, premium consumer electronics industry or premium lifestyle industry. Candidates from agency background will also be considered.
Must have regional experience across marketing communications, branding and design.
Demonstrates strong visual acuity with deep expertise in design principles, materiality, and storytelling.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
Excellent knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and design principles.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills with strong communication, influence and collaboration abilities.
High strategic thinking and decision making abilities.
