We are looking for a strategic Data Governance Lead to drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives and strengthen how data is managed, trusted, and used across the organization.You will lead governance frameworks, support key business and regulatory priorities, and ensure effective collaboration between business and IT teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the organization's Data Governance strategy and roadmap .Establish governance standards, policies, and operating models (data ownership, stewardship, quality).Drive adoption of metadata management and data catalogue practices across domains.Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize critical data assets and ensure alignment with business goals.Lead cross-functional governance programs, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.Track governance progress, manage risks, and report on maturity and outcomes.
About You5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or related leadership roles .Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate governance into business value.Experience leading enterprise programs across business and IT.Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra) is a plus.Excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills.English required; French and/or Dutch is an asset.
