Tribe Test Engineer Brussels (Hybrid) Brussels (Montagne du Parc) 50% onsite / 50% remote Start: June 2026 | End: December 2026 Are you a seasoned Test Automation expert ready to take ownership at scale? We’re looking for a Tribe Test Engineer to drive quality across 30 Agile squads within a large-scale digital environment. As a key player in the Tribe, you’ll lead and evolve the test automation strategy, ensuring high-quality, seamless digital experiences. You’ll operate at the intersection of technology, strategy, and collaboration, influencing squads and leadership alike. Roles & Responsibilities Define and enhance test automation strategy across the Tribe Oversee API & UI automation (Playwright, RestAssured, Cucumber…) Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) Drive data-based improvements using automation metrics Align stakeholders and communicate clearly on risks & progress Facilitate workshops and promote best practices (BDD, shift-left testing) Act as escalation point for automation challenges Experience & Qualifications 5 years in test management & automation Strong experience with: API testing & service virtualization (WireMock, Karate…) UI automation (Playwright, Appium) Test frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber) CI/CD & DevOps environments Proven experience in large-scale Agile organizations Strong communication & stakeholder management skills Experience in regulated environments is a plus Languages English (mandatory) Dutch and/or French (strong assets) Interested or know someone who might be a fit?
