Our client is a fast-growing company active in the automotive sector.
As Functional Analyst (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:
gathering, analysing, and translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for IT teams;
preparing structured documentation including scope, objectives, assumptions, and functional specifications;
proposing appropriate IT solutions and contributing to backlog definition in close collaboration with business stakeholders and domain leadership;
defining testing requirements and supporting quality assurance by validating functional logic and participating in product quality reviews;
acting as the key liaison between business and IT teams, while contributing to continuous improvement, analyst community initiatives, and future-proof solution design.
The required profile for the Functional Analyst (m/f/x) position:
you hold a Master's degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience;
you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively;
you communicate clearly and are able to align and influence both business and IT stakeholders;
you have experience in writing structured documentation, and exposure to testing or quality assurance is considered a plus;
you have a good understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC, and Domain-Driven Design, and you thrive in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
