Creator Partnerships & Community Manager — Apetelligence
We need someone who understands the football creator space, builds real relationships, and can run our creator communities across WhatsApp and Discord.
If you have 4+ years in creator partnerships, community management, or the football digital space, and a strong understanding of AI content, we want to hear from you.
We're looking for an experienced community builder and creator partnership manager to manage creator relationships and community engagement for apetelligence.
This is not a community moderation job. You'll build real relationships, push creators to deliver, and make sure every creator partnership actually performs.
What You'll Own
• Daily community engagement across WhatsApp groups and Discord servers
• Building and running the creator partnership program
• Sourcing, evaluating, onboarding, and managing top AI, football, and creative creators
• Pushing creators to post about apetelligence and building strong long-term partnerships
• Acting as the main point of contact for all creators we work with
• Deciding which creators get briefed, what assets they receive, what they post, and when
• Managing apetelligence's presence on X and LinkedIn
• Reporting weekly performance to the Head of Operations
Who You Are
• Fluent in English. A second language is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of football, players, clubs, and the wider sports landscape
• Strong understanding of AI content tools and the AI creator space
• Excellent communicator, comfortable representing apetelligence to high-profile creators
• Highly organised and reliable with relationships, deliverables, and timelines
• Strong taste. You instantly recognise who is a quality creator and who is not
• Active networker who naturally builds and maintains relationships
• Comfortable across WhatsApp, Discord, X, LinkedIn, and other community-native channels
• Minimum 4 years in creator partnerships, community management, or the football digital space
