As Global PR & Influence Manager, you'll orchestrate a network of top-tier agencies, craft unforgettable press experiences, and act as a bold ambassador for the brand. With full ownership of budget, partnerships, and strategic activations, you'll drive visibility, desirability, and cultural relevance at scale.
1. Strategic Influence & Brand Growth
* Drive brand growth by leading the global PR & influence strategy, shaping the annual brand plan.
* Identify and develop strategic partnerships with media, influencers, brands, and cultural institutions.
* Build and maintain a strong professional network to amplify brand reach and influence.
* Act as a true ambassador of the brand, embodying its values and communicating with confidence and ease.
2. Agency Leadership & Market Expansion
* Supervise and directly manage 7 local PR & influence agencies worldwide, ensuring global consistency and local impact.
* Assess agency performance, identify new partners and open new markets through PR and influence activations.
* Provide strategic guidance and storytelling tools to agencies to ensure brand coherence and excellence in execution.
3. Brand Experience & Storytelling
* Organize press events and design immersive brand experiences for journalists, influencers, and partners.
* Develop and deliver press kits, releases and tailored storytelling assets to support campaigns and events.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, marketing, Retail, Sales) to align on priorities, content and execution.
4. Performance, Budget & Governance
* Define KPIs and track campaign results.
* Analyze media and influencer trends to anticipate shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Manage the global PR & influence budget, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
* Provide regular reporting to the Executive Committee and marketing leadership.
* Willingness to travel internationally to oversee agencies, events, and partnerships.
Desired Profile
* Experience:
7+ years in PR & influence marketing, with proven international and multi-market exposure.
* Education:
Master's degree in communication, marketing, or equivalent.
* Expertise:
Strong background in agency management, global influencer strategy, events, and international campaigns in luxury or premium lifestyle.
Skills:
* Leadership and intercultural management.
* Excellent written & verbal storytelling and strategic communication skills.
* Ability to act as a confident brand ambassador and representative.
* Strong networking capabilities and partnership identification.
* Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
* Strong awareness of cultural and digital trends.
Languages:
Fluent in French & English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
