We are seeking a dynamic
Project Engineer Co-Development
who excels in process design and project management while collaborating across multiple departments to facilitate successful product launches.
* You coordinate activities required for the introduction of new products from concept through to delivery.
* You ensure alignment across departments such as Production, QC, QA, and other support areas.
* You act as the liaison for site communications with external stakeholders including global R&D and product teams.
* You plan, monitor, and are responsible for achieving milestones within clinical campaigns.
* You analyze and resolve technical issues that arise during production.
* You collaborate with R&D to design and optimize production processes with consideration for scalability and GMP guidelines.
* You manage and prepare project documentation including Technical Agreements, batch records, and reports.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a
Master's degree
in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Bioengineering, Pharmacy or a related field.
* You have excellent command of
Dutch
and
English
.
* You possess strong interpersonal skills, building relationships with stakeholders effectively.
* You are a clear and nuanced communicator.
* You demonstrate organized and accurate working habits.
* You have strong technical writing skills in both
Dutch
and
English
.
* You bring solid project management skills, capable of developing and maintaining project plans independently.
