Role & Responsibilities:
5. Product & Process Adaptation : Collaborate with product owners to adapt life insurance offerings and customer documentation in line with new regulations. Ensure POG guidelines are applied consistently.
6. Project Leadership & Delivery : Manage end-to-end delivery of regulatory projects, including planning, timelines, budgets, and resources.
7. Regulatory Translation & Impact Analysis : Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable product and process changes.
8. Risk & Compliance Alignment : Work closely with compliance and risk teams to validate scope and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
9. Reporting & Communication : Provide regular updates to senior management and regulatory bodies. Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and governance committees.
Required profile.
Knowledge:
10. At least 10 years of experience in project or product management within life insurance or financial services.
11. Strong understanding of Belgian/EU regulatory frameworks (FSMA, NBB, Solvency II, IDD)
12. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
13. Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.

16. Ability to translate complex regulations into practical product solutions.

18. Languages: Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in English.
