Where do you end up?
As a Delivery Manager/RTE at Cipal Schaubroeck, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering digital solutions to Flemish government institutions. With more than 30 years of experience, we are the strategic partner of choice for local administrations, thanks to the combination of domain expertise and in-depth knowledge of government processes. How can you convince us?
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Delivery Manager/RTE with a passion for team development and process optimisation. You are an experienced professional who enjoys taking responsibility and performs strongly both autonomously and as part of a team. In addition, you are communicatively strong and know how to inspire and motivate people.
What specifically are we looking for?
* Education and experience: You have a master's degree or a bachelor's degree with a strong track record within IT. Experience in a leadership role is a must.
* Leadership skills: You actively build relationships, be a mentor to your team and support talent development.
* Process optimisation: You have a thorough knowledge of Agile (SAFe) and Lean methodologies and know how to use them to set up and improve efficient work processes.
* Communication and collaboration: You are a bridge builder who communicates effectively with different stakeholders and knows how to find your way in complex organisations.
* Technical knowledge: Experience in IT project management, knowledge of software development and understanding of technology trends.
